The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting patients and visitors to the department, directing external and internal communications and for coordinating the flow of patients through the operation.  This position reports to the Office Manager.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Administrative / Front Office Receptionist position will be responsible for a variety of tasks which include but not limited to:

  • Greeting patients and visitors
  • Directing external and internal communications
  • Coordinating the flow of patients through the operation
  • Composes routine correspondence
  • Other duties as deemed necessary
  • answering and directing incoming calls
  • Supports  management staff
  • administrative duties (copying, maintaining files, distribute mail, etc.)
  • Other duties as deemed necessary

Requirements

  • High School education
  • Proficient in computer skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Written and verbal communication skills to function with all levels of management and staff
  • Ability to multi-task


Qualifications:
&#8226 Must have minimum 1-year of experience as a receptionist in a healthcare business.
&#8226 High School diploma required
&#8226 Computer and Internet savvy
&#8226 Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills to function with all levels of management and staff
&#8226 Highly organized and detail oriented
&#8226 Ability to multi-task
&#8226 Must exemplify punctuality and time possess excellent time management skills
