Highlights of the Opportunity Include:

* Year 1 - Annual base salary of $450,000

* Year 2 - Compensation will be the higher of the annual base salary or $/wRVU based compensation plus performance incentives up to 16% of base salary

* Year 3 and beyond - $/wRVU based compensation plus performance incentives of up to 16% of base.

* $50,000 signing bonus

* $15,000 relocation

* $7,000 annual CME

* Excellent health, dental, vision & retirement benefits

* 30 days (240 hours) of authorized time off per year
