Position Title:
Regional Account Manager
Location: Greenville, SC
Compensation: Competitive Salary DOE

Travel: 50%

Position Description: Maintains and expands relationships with clients of the organization. Responsible for increasing revenue, maximizing operational efficiency and driving profitability through the selling and leasing of portable modular buildings.  

Duties & Responsibilities:
Develops and implements strategies to maintain and/or expand sales within an assigned territory
Builds and fosters a network of referrals to create new opportunities for revenue growths
Travels throughout assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers to solicit orders, or talks with customers 
Interfaces with the customer to understand the customer''s overall objectives and requirements
Also interfaces with local market team to meet customer''s requirements while also maintaining accountability around profit
Contacts customers on a regular basis to maintain account relationship, advise of new product and service offerings, and obtain feedback on products
Serves as a point of escalation for issues or activities that the customer encounters during product implementation
Participates in trade shows by representing the organization and sharing information on products
Quotes prices and credit terms and prepares sales contracts for orders obtained
Enters new customer data and other sales data for current customers into Customer Relationship Management
Participates in high level presentations to either introduce SiteBox to new prospects or to assist in closing larger deals
Demonstrates a fiscal responsibility and operational understanding in pursuit of only performing profitable transactions in the market
Drives Company culture with both customers and team
Promotes and hold others accountable for a safe working environment
Observes safety and security procedures

Required Skills:  
Experience & Qualifications: 
5+ years related experience and/or training
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Demonstrated experience working with a Customer Management System
Understanding of business concepts such as baseline, margin, profit
Bachelor''s Degree Preferred
