Competitive Base + Commission
This position is responsible for growing company market share and revenue by growing current customer accounts and obtaining new business.
DUTIES OR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Excel at creating and closing new opportunities in the fluid sealing/gasketing industry in the Houston
Meet and exceed sales targets
Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts in gulf coast region
Manage range of fluid sealing sales opportunities
Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
Augment commercial responsibilities with technical sales product knowledge
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
5+ years'' quota carrying sales experience
Experience and working knowledge of Gulf Coast Oil, Gas & Chemical/Petrochemical market
Self-motivated with demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and organization
Strong work ethic, resilience, grit and drive
Proficient user of MS Office, ERP and CRM systems
Bachelor''s Degree preferred
