Inpatient Rehab Facility / Skilled Nursing Unit


Physical Therapist • Occupational Therapist • Speech Language Pathologist

Position: Divisional Vice President

Post-Acute Services - IRF / SNU

Minimum Requirements:

• Licensed Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist or Speech Language Pathologist

• Active clinical practice required

• 7 years of director level or above experience in a post-acute care setting required, specific to IRF / SNU/

  (10 + years preferred)

• Strong Leadership skills: ability to motivate, influence and build & maintain a solid team

• Functional understanding of regulatory compliance and guidelines


Responsibilities include:

  • Accountability for organizational climate, unit / facility financial status relative to hospital budget projections, regulatory and accreditation compliance
  • Provides leadership for efficient and effective operations for rehabilitation units and rehabilitation services to meet organizational objectives.
  • Supervises staff and have financial responsibility for hospital and EnduraCare Acute Care Services budget projections.
  • Effectively manages rehabilitation programs to ensure quality patient care.
  • Oversight program development
  • Ensures that quality patient care is at the forefront being provided
