COMPANY OVERVIEW:
Our client is a full-service engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) company operating with current licenses and registrations in over 35 states.
POSITION TITLE:
Project Manager
COMPENSATION:

Houston based- nationwide clientele base (up to 30% travel)
SUMMARY:
Responsible for planning, managing and executing all aspects of significantly complex or multiple projects. This position will be responsible for managing the team, planning all construction sequencing and meeting project goals to achieve timely and profitable completion of each project. This position will be based in the Houston office and will service the midstream, energy, and chemical sectors nationwide. This individual will be integral to the development and growth of the business.
DUTIES OR RESPONSIBILITIES:
•
Assist in the development and assembly of Work Packages with Superintendent and Site Manager.
•
Filing system set-up and maintenance, establishing/maintaining/monitoring document control logs (i.e. drawings, specs, RFI''s, and shop drawings).
•
Quantity surveying, quantity review and data input.
•
Responsible for supporting development and implementation of change management process with Project Engineer and Project manager.
•
Identifying and resolving field technical issues
•
Assisting with project close out, involved in coordination of documentation deficiencies, warranties, maintenance and final payments.
•
Ensures materials are procured and delivered as required to meet the schedule.
•
Assists with Materials Management.
Required Skills:
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
•
5+ years Project Management experience
•
Project P&L experience - $2mm to $50mm project contract values
•
Experience Project Managing civil/concrete, structural steel erection, mechanical (piping), rigging/equipment setting and millwright services.
•
Bachelor''s degree in construction management, engineering or related field (Preferred), in lieu of the above requirements, equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
