American Home Design is currently seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate is expected to provide excellent customer service to all customers they encounter, whether on the phone or in our showroom. Excellent service requires offering Ultimate Service with a smile while gaining customer satisfaction. This person is responsible for creating a positive customer experience The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills along with the ability to multi-task. Duties are not limited to but will include being the first point of contact for our customers, answering calls, and other general office duties. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a strong work ethic.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
5+ years'' experience in customer service roles.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
