The MENTOR Network is about people helping people. Together, we’re making a difference.
By bringing together people, services and communities, The MENTOR Network offers community-based care solutions for at-risk youth, children and adults with developmental disabilities, and persons with acquired brain injury. Through our vast network, we’re able to provide an array of community-based residential and nonresidential services that range in intensity, duration and frequency to fit individual needs and preferences. MENTOR’s core model involves the one-to-one placement of a client in the home of a specially trained paraprofessional called a “mentor.” Other service and support options include adoption assistance, educational services, in-home support, day programming, employment services, small group care and supported living. With nearly 4,000 employees and almost as many mentors, The MENTOR Network serves more than 8,000 individuals in 21 states. Operations are organized into four regions (Northeast, Southeast, Central & West Coast) and the ABI division. Most states offer multiple program models and serve more than one population.
