Currently, we have an excellent career opportunity available for a customer service representative in our Woodland Hills, CA branch office.
The customer service representative must possess excellent customer service skills. The customer service representative works as a member of a team but must make decisions that show good judgment and initiative. The customer service representative must be proficient on the use of a personal computer and accompanying account management software and is responsible for managing customer orders, shipments, and other areas of service. Must be able to accommodate over 100 inbound phone calls per day from eye care professionals and staff in a fast paced environment.
The ideal candidate must have superior communication abilities, excellent problem solving skills, empathetic and nurturing approach to customer service as well as having a stable job history to go along with an energetic, self-motivated and professional demeanor.
