History & Background
Oakwood Homes began business in 1946 and originated in Greensboro, NC. We currently have over 120 sales centers in 15 states nationwide. We are a fully integrated manufactured housing company. What does that mean? We manufacture, sell, finance, insure, and service our own product…in other words; we are a one-stop shop for our customers. We are involved in land home purchases as well as home only.
