Scaffolding Sales & Estimation

COMPANY OVERVIEW: Our client maintains a large fleet of many more brands as well. Our client sells trailer accessories, pumps and cam-lock hoses, safety equipment and accessories, as well as concrete tools and moving supplies.

POSITION TITLE: Scaffolding Sales & Estimation

COMPENSATION: Competitive salary DOE + bonus

LOCATION:   Phoenix, AZ

SUMMARY: Equipment and Scaffold Company is scaling rapidly and need dynamic Technical Scaffolding Sales & Estimation to continue to grow their business. The prime function of the Technical Scaffolding Sales & Estimation is to generate profitable business from the range of equipment that the branch specializes in

DUTIES OR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leverage established relationships with GCs, construction managers, and industrial clients
• Identify and secure large-scale commercial and industrial scaffold opportunities
• Get involved early in pre-construction and planning phases
• Work directly with estimating and operations to deliver competitive, executable solutions
• Own your accounts from first contact through contract award
• Represent at executive-level meetings and industry event

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of business development or senior sales experience in construction services
• Demonstrated history of closing six- and seven-figure projects
• Strong network within the Phoenix construction market
• Deep understanding of commercial and/or industrial construction workflows
• High accountability, autonomy, and disciplined follow-through
• Scaffold, access, shoring, concrete, or specialty trade experience strongly preferred
