Occupational Therapist -Therapy Program Manager

Trinity Rehab Services is seeking a polished and experienced Occupational Therapist-Therapy Program Manager to lead a high-level therapy and wellness program within a large SNF/Outpatient and Wellness Community in the Chicago area. Responsibilities:

• Manage on-site therapy operations and client experience
• Provide exceptional OT services with discretion and professionalism
• Serve as primary liaison with corporate partners and executive team.
• Oversee scheduling, quality standards, and program performance
• Support and mentor therapy staff

Qualifications:

• Licensed OTR/OTA (Illinois)
• 3-5+ years clinical experience
• Experience overseeing multi-level or high-volume therapy programs
• Strong communication, professionalism, and leadership skills
