Assistant RD of Rehab

Broad River Rehab is seeking an Assistant Rehab Director to join our CCRC in Memphis, TN.

  • Full Time
  • Monday through Friday
  • Open to PTA, COTA and SLP Candidates
  • Salaried position

As the Assistant Director of Rehabilitation, you will assist the Rehab Director with overseeing the delivery of high-quality therapy services (PT, OT, PTA, COTA and SLP) in the facility. You’ll assist with managing department operations, support clinical excellence, and foster a collaborative environment that empowers therapists to make a meaningful impact in residents’ lives.

Qualifications

&#8226              TN state licensure as either a PTA, COTA or SLP

&#8226              Master’s or doctorate’s degree in related field or associate’s degree for Physical Therapist Assistant or Occupational Therapy Assistant

&#8226              Supervisory or management experience in a rehab setting, preferred

&#8226              Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

&#8226              Familiarity with EMR systems and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines
