Director of Rehab

Broad River Rehab is seeking a Rehab Director to join our Asheville NC Skilled Nursing Facility.

As the Director of Rehabilitation, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality therapy services (PT/PTA/OT/COTA ) in a skilled nursing setting. You’ll manage department operations, support clinical excellence, and foster a collaborative environment that empowers therapists to make a meaningful impact in residents’ lives.

&#8226 Full time position – Open to a PTA (Physical Therapy Assistant) or PT(Physical Therapist) or COTA (Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant)  or OT (Occupational Therapist) with Prior Management with PDPM experience Preferred

&#8226 Salaried with Quarterly Bonus included

Qualifications

&#8226              Current state licensure as a (PTA or COTA)

&#8226              Associate, Doctorate of Masters Degree in appropriate discipline- PT/OT/PTA/COTA

&#8226              Minimum of 1year of supervisory or management experience in a rehab setting

&#8226              Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

&#8226              Familiarity with EMR systems and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines
