Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC has an opportunity for an experienced Administrative Assistant. Must reside in Charlotte NC. Prefer experience within the healthcare industry, but not required. Must be very proficient in Word and Excel.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Charlotte, NC (Remote and On-site)
Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our corporate operations in Charlotte, NC. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth execution of trade shows and conventions, managing our Charlotte executive office, and providing evolving executive support to our CEO. The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Trade Show & Convention Support

  • Manage all administrative tasks related to events and industry conventions
  • Track banners, tablecloths, and other booth materials across events and locations
  • Oversee giveaway inventory: ordering, tracking, and shipping/distribution
  • Maintain and update a comprehensive calendar of all upcoming events, ensuring visibility and coordination across departments
  • Handle event registrations and hotel reservations as needed
  • Ensure all association memberships and dues are current and in good standing

2. Charlotte Executive Office Management

  • Ensure the Charlotte office is well-maintained and fully operational
  • Prepare the office for corporate meetings and visits

3. Executive Assistant to the CEO (Responsibilities to expand over time)

  • Manage and coordinate meeting requests and schedules
  • Assist with travel planning and itineraries
  • Perform general administrative support including document preparation, scheduling, and follow-ups
  • Provide local or occasional personal task assistance, as needed

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset
  • Event planning or coordination experience is a plus
  • Must be located in or willing to commute to Charlotte, NC

Work Environment:

  • This is a full-time position based in Charlotte, NC
