Full time split with our facilities in Johnstown & Newark, OH
Position is a full time split between 2 skilled nursing facilities. Drive time & mileage paid when traveling between facilities

Part time position is also open for just Johnstown only
Part time position would  offer a flexible schedule 20-25 hours a week Offering a Sign on bonus as well

The primary purpose of the position is providing and directly speech therapy services to patients which may include adult and/or geriatric persons.  The goal of helping them reach their maximum performance potential within a medical model of practice shall occur.
