Director of Rehab / Rehab Director – Full Time – Monday-Friday (30-40 Hrs)

&#8226 Full time position – Open to a PT, OT, PTA, COTA, SLP with Prior Management Preferred
&#8226 Salary + Quarterly Bonus Potential
**$2,500 Sign-On Bonus!

We currently are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated therapist to serve as Rehab Director for our high-volume skilled nursing facility in Cincinnati, OH. As an RD you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and providing direct clinical care. The primary purpose of the position will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and providing direct clinical care. Broad River Rehab is a NC based growing therapy company which partners with providers across all settings including assisted/ independent and skilled nursing facilities to provide premier physical, occupational and speech therapy services.

Requirements for the Rehab Director:

Licensed therapist: PT, OT, PTA, OTA or SLP
Ohio license required.
Previous management experience preferred but not required.
