Continuum Therapy Partners has an opportunity for a full-time Director of Rehab / DOR at Taylorville Care Center, in Taylorville, IL.  Will consider Physical Therapist, Physical Therapist Assistant, Occupational Therapist and Occupational Therapy Assistant.  This position is eligible for a $5k Sign-on Bonus!
