&#8226 Primary PRN/Premium rate offered of $68/hour

The primary purpose of the position is providing and directly speech therapy
services to patients which may include adult and/or geriatric persons. The goal
of helping them reach their maximum performance potential within a medical
model of practice shall occur.

Requirements for Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP):
&#8226 Wisconsin Speech-Language Pathologist license required.

&#8226 Speech-Language Pathologist Masters
degree required
&#8226 Must be a SLP-CCC
