Job Title: Front-End Developer

Location: Mountain View, CA (Hybrid/On-site)

Base Compensation: $190,000 – $205,000 per year

Signing Bonus: $20,000

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Front-End Developer to join our team in Mountain View. In this role, you will be responsible for building fast, responsive, and intuitive user interfaces that power our customer-facing products. You’ll work closely with designers and backend engineers to bring beautiful, accessible, and functional experiences to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain scalable, high-quality front-end code using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular)

  • Translate UI/UX designs into responsive, performant web interfaces

  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to define and deliver features

  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability

  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and implement accessibility best practices

  • Participate in code reviews and continuously improve codebase quality

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

  • 3+ years of experience in front-end development

  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and at least one modern framework (React preferred)

  • Experience with version control (e.g., Git), build tools, and testing frameworks

  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating with backend systems

  • Understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and performance optimization

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
