Continuum Therapy Partners has an opportunity for a full-time Physical Therapist / PT that will be split between Stevens Point Health Services in Stevens Point, WI / Wisconsin and Wisconsin Rapids Health Services in Wisconsin Rapids, WI / Wisconsin. Will consider a Physical Therapist / PT or Physical Therapist Assistant / PTA.
