POSITION:   Proposal Manager

SUMMARY: As a senior proposal manager, you will be responsible for oversees the creation and submission of business proposals, playing a crucial role in the sales process.

DUTIES OR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own the development and delivery of sales proposals in response to RFI and standalone proposals
• Ensure timely delivery of compliant and professionally produced proposals
• Coordinate and review proposal input from sales, marketing, estimating teams and other stakeholders
• Coach teams in persuasive writing and proposal best practices
• Manage proposal timelines and coordinate proposal governance and sign-off
• Maintain and update a Content Management System for proposal documentation

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or sales support, in an EPC construction company
• Strong attention to detail and project management skills
• Advanced MS Word skills and proficiency in MS Office
• Subject Matter Expertise in proposal and RFP best practices
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally
• Proficient in Power Point Preparation
