Musts have TN therapy license, Prior RD experience preferred
 

We currently have a full-time Rehab Director opening at our assisted living facility in Manchester, TN. This is open to all disciplines including COTA, OT, PT, PTA and SLP/CCC candidates. Prior ALF experience and RD experience preferred.

Broad River Rehab is a NC based growing therapy company which partners with providers across all settings including assisted/ independent and skilled nursing facilities to provide premier physical, occupational and speech therapy services.

Requirements for Physical Therapist:

Full-time  
Tennessee license required (COTA, OT, PT, PTA or SLP/CCC)
