We currently a PRN opportunity for a Speech Language Pathologist in our skilled nursing facility in ELIZABETHTOWN, KY.

Requirements for the Speech Language Pathologist :

PRN
Kentucky Speech Therapy license required.
ASHA certification required.
Speech Pathologist degree required
