PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) -Consistent Hours Needed
FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE – PRN 
Skilled Nursing Facility in Westerville, OH 
**Offering consistent 30-40 hours a week starting mid-month of December, January & February**
**Offering premium rate and a $1000 completion bonus for covering the months of December, January & February**

PRN is needed to help cover staff while they are off.  PRN position is seeking hours during the week up to 40 hours a week for 12-13 weeks.

Requirements for a Physical Therapist Assistant:

Ohio Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license required

Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – degree required ( Associates )
