Continuum Therapy Partners has an opportunity for a full-time Physical Therapist / PT at Heritage Hall in Tazewell VA / Virginia. Possible split with Grundy. PRN and Part Time is available as well. $8,000 Sign on Bonus, Tuition Reimbursement, or Relocation Assistance available.
