Regional Director of Operations Requirements & Responsibilities:

  • Must reside in the Columbus, Ohio area and be willing to travel throughout the assigned territory

  • Must be a current, unencumbered Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

  • Previous leadership experience overseeing multiple skilled nursing facilities strongly preferred

  • Experience in a contract therapy environment preferred

  • Provides operational and clinical leadership to multiple skilled nursing facilities and Directors of Rehabilitation

  • Mentors, coaches, and develops Directors of Rehabilitation and therapy leadership

  • Monitors clinical, operational, staffing, productivity, and performance metrics across assigned facilities

  • Identifies performance opportunities and implements strategies to improve quality, efficiency, and overall results

  • Conducts regular facility visits and builds strong relationships with facility leadership and interdisciplinary teams

  • Partners with facility leadership to support communication, collaboration, patient-centered care, and operational excellence

  • Supports recruitment, retention, onboarding, and development of therapy teams

  • Assists with employee relations, performance management, conflict resolution, and other operational needs

  • Ensures consistent adherence to company policies, clinical standards, regulatory requirements, and operational processes

  • Collaborates with executive and regional leadership on growth initiatives and strategic priorities
