Physical Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities:
 Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required
 Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred
 Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines
 Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes
 Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
