Continuum Midwest is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a PRN position at Hillspring of Springboro, a skilled nursing facility in Springboro, OH.  
Join our experienced rehabilitation team providing high-quality physical therapy services to residents in a collaborative skilled nursing setting. 

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of the Physical Therapist.
• Document patient progress.
• Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams.
• Assist patients in improving mobility, strength, and independence.
• Follow physician orders and facility policies.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current Ohio Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license.
• Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required.
• New graduate Physical Therapist Assistant’s (PTA) encouraged to apply.
