Physical Therapist / PT – Consistent PRN for Premium Rate in Butler, KY

Broad River Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Butler, Kentucky Skilled Nursing Facility.

• Consistent Hours Available for 6-week Assignment: 15-25 Hours per week. Offering Premium Rate 
• Flexible Schedule during the week or on the weekends

As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate and treat residents, under orders from a physician, using a variety of physical therapeutic procedures and assistive devices intended to maximize functional potential in all areas of a resident’s life.

Qualifications:

• Physical Therapy license in state of employment
• Degree in Physical Therapy
