Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time position at Delmar Gardens of Overland Park, a skilled nursing facility in Overland Park, KS.

Join our experienced rehabilitation team providing high-quality physical therapy services to residents in a collaborative SNF setting. Work alongside Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, and assistants to provide exceptional rehabilitation services in a skilled nursing setting. Treat primarily geriatric populations while helping them improve mobility, strength, balance, and independence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Kansas PT license.
• Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required.
