We are currently looking for Speech-Language Pathologists who want to work with a leadership team that understands, prioritizes, and advocates for your professional perspective.

Lead Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Graduate of an accredited program in Physical Therapy, Physical Therapist Assistant, Occupational Therapy, Occupational Therapy Assistant, or Speech-Language Pathology.

• Licensed and in good standing in the state of practice.

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting 

• Deliver skilled therapy services within the scope of licensure (PT, PTA, OT, OTA, or SLP) in accordance with physician orders and individualized plans of care

• Assist the DOR or RVP with daily therapy operations, acting as the point of contact in their absence.

• Collaborate on clinical program development to meet patient needs and facility goals.

• Foster positive working relationships with facility nursing, administration, and interdisciplinary team (IDT) members.
