Continuum Therapy Partners is excited to offer a full-time leadership opportunity for a Director of Rehabilitation at Norwood Crossing—a collaborative, patient-centered skilled nursing facility where your leadership and clinical expertise truly make a difference.

Position Requirements:

• Must be a licensed therapist (PT/PTA/OT/OTA/SLP)
• Oversee daily operations of the rehabilitation department
• Ensure excellence in clinical services and outcomes
• Provide mentorship and support to therapy staff
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to promote optimal patient care
