Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a full-time Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to join Kensington Health & Rehab, a supportive skilled nursing facility in Middletown, OH. We are open to experienced Physical Therapists (PT), Occupational Therapists (OT), or Speech Language Pathologists (SLP), Physical therapist Assistant (PTA) or Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) who are interested in stepping into a leadership role.

This is an excellent opportunity to lead an established rehab team while continuing to make a meaningful impact on patient care and clinical outcomes.
