Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a full-time Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to join Avalon Health & Rehab, a supportive skilled nursing facility in Mt. Vernon, OH. We are open to experienced Physical Therapists (PT), Occupational Therapists (OT), or Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) who are interested in stepping into a leadership role.

This is an excellent opportunity to lead an established rehab team while continuing to make a meaningful impact on patient care and clinical outcomes.
