Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily rehab operations in a skilled nursing facility
• Drive clinical outcomes, compliance, and quality measures
• Lead, mentor, and develop therapy staff (OT, PT, SLP)

• Ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence
