Key Responsibilities
  • Inspection & Testing: Conduct visual and physical inspections of parts, including brake pads, suspension components, engine parts, and electrical systems.
  • Precision Measurement: Use gauges, calipers, micrometers, and other tools to verify tolerances and specifications.
  • Documentation: Accurately record inspection results, nonconformances, and defects in quality systems or logs.
  • Quality Control: Identify, segregate, and report defective parts to supervisors.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure components meet environmental, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Collaboration: Work with production teams to identify root causes of defects and support corrective actions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: Generally 2-3 years of experience in automotive manufacturing or quality control.
