POSITION TITLE: Divisional Leader – Catalyst Services

BENEFITS: Standard Package

LOCATION: Houston, TX

POSITION DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Divisional Leader to oversee and grow our Catalyst Services business unit. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, leading high-performing teams, and delivering sustained revenue growth within refinery and petrochemical environments, particularly during turnaround events.

DUTIES OR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead, manage, and grow the Catalyst Services division with full P&L responsibility
  • Drive revenue growth and expand market presence within refining and petrochemical sectors
  • Oversee execution of projects in turnaround-driven, high-pressure environments
  • Ensure operational efficiency, safety, and quality performance across all projects
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to strengthen business unit performance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with plant leadership, turnaround managers, and maintenance/reliability teams
  • Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Identify new business opportunities and support commercial strategy initiatives


EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven leadership experience within catalyst services, reactor services, turnaround execution, or specialty industrial services
  • Strong understanding of refinery and petrochemical operations, particularly in turnaround environments
  • Demonstrated success in growing a business unit or service line, with direct P&L responsibility
  • Experience leading teams in fast-paced, high-pressure operational settings
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive both revenue growth and operational performance
  • Ability to establish credibility and trusted relationships with key stakeholders across plant operations and leadership
