Continuum Therapy Partners is hiring a Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to lead our therapy team at a BRAND NEW skilled nursing facility in Madison, Ohio, ARCOLA CREEK. This is a great opportunity for an experienced therapist ready to step into a leadership role and make a meaningful impact on both patients and staff.

Eligible disciplines: OT, SLP, COTA, PT, PTA

Position Overview

The Director of Rehabilitation is responsible for overseeing daily therapy operations, supporting clinicians, and ensuring high-quality patient care. This role combines leadership, clinical oversight, and program development within a collaborative healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support therapy staff across disciplines

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and documentation standards

  • Monitor patient outcomes and drive quality improvement

  • Coordinate rehab services with interdisciplinary team members

  • Assist with staffing, scheduling, and program development
