Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT)

Continuum Therapy Partners is currently seeking a Full-Time or Part-Time Occupational Therapist to join our team at Sauk County Heath Care Center in Reedsburg, WI. Flexible PRN opportunities are also available for those seeking additional scheduling freedom.
