Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) to serve two skilled nursing facilities: Evergreen Nursing & Rehab and Helia Healthcare of Olney.

This unique split position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact at both locations, working with supportive, collaborative teams dedicated to resident-centered care.
