Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a full-time licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team at Vista Grande Villa, a welcoming and collaborative skilled nursing facility where your skills make a meaningful difference every day. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a blended outpatient and skilled nursing (SNF) setting, providing diverse clinical experience while delivering high-quality care to residents and patients.
