Continuum Therapy Partners is excited to offer a Lead Therapist opportunity at Christian Care Community of Fort Worth’s OP department—a skilled nursing facility/ OP dedicated to exceptional patient care and collaborative teamwork. This is a unique chance to grow your career by blending hands-on therapy services with peer leadership, program development, and clinical support.
  • Will consider the following disciplines; Speech Language Pathologist/SLP, Occupational Therapist/OT and Physical Therapist Assistant/PTA
  • Must be licensed in Texas.
Position Summary
The Lead Therapist plays a key role in supporting the rehabilitation department by:
  • Delivering high-quality therapy services within their licensed discipline (PT, PTA, OT, OTA, or SLP).
  • Assisting with team coordination, scheduling, and daily operational flow.
  • Serving as a clinical resource and liaison for the DOR, RVP, facility staff, and Continuum leadership.
  • Promoting compliance, clinical excellence, and program development to ensure patient success.
This position functions as a peer leader (non-supervisory), providing mentorship, team support, and quality assurance while remaining focused on direct patient care.
