Continuum Therapy Partners is excited to offer a full-time leadership opportunity for am Area Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) at Christian Care Community of Mesquite—a collaborative, patient-centered skilled nursing facility where your leadership and clinical expertise truly make a difference. Previous DOR or Area Manager experience is prefered but not required.  This position will be responsible for covering multiple sites around the Dallas/Fort Worth Texas area!!

  • Will consider; Physical Therapist (PT), Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), Occupational Therapist (OT), Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

Position Highlights:

  • Oversee daily operations of the rehabilitation department
  • Ensure excellence in clinical services and outcomes
  • Provide mentorship and support to therapy staff
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote optimal patient care
