Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy services in an SNF setting

• Perform evaluations and treatment interventions

• Document patient progress per regulatory standards

• Collaborate with nursing and rehab teams

Qualifications

• Active South Carolina Occupational Therapist license

• SNF experience preferred

• Strong time management and documentation skills
