Continuum Therapy Partners is excited to offer a part-time opportunity for a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) at Meadow View Nursing Center – a supportive, collaborative skilled nursing facility where your expertise makes a daily impact.  This position is eligible for a $5k sign-on bonus or $10k retention bonus!
