POSITION:  Service Delivery Manager – Hot Tapping

COMPENSATION: Competitive Salary

SUMMARY: Service Delivery Manager will have responsibilities for collaborating with operations leaders to streamline and coordinate projects, ensuring the successful delivery of services to our clients. Candidate must have great writing, analytical, and critical thinking skills

DUTIES OR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Being a HSE leader and ensure operations are performed using safe work practices
• Collaborate with operations leaders to plan, organize, and execute Hot Tapping projects.
• Oversee the scheduling of projects, ensuring efficient resource allocation and timely delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external clients, maintaining clear and open communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Develop competitive pricing strategies to maximize revenue while maintaining profitability.
• Analyze project costs and implement cost-effective measures to optimize financial outcomes.
• Lead and inspire a team of technicians, providing training and development opportunities to enhance their skills.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the Hot Tapping team.
• Plan equipment requirements and needs and ensure the availability and proper maintenance of required tools and machinery.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• 10+ Years’ Experience in project management or operational leadership
• Strong communication skills
• Must have a background in hot tapping line stopping line intervention services hands on technical knowledge is a must background in engineering, project management, or operations management within pipeline intervention
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Must have business and financial acumen
• In charge of Equipment and vendor management
