Administrator – Long Term Care

The qualified candidate must hold a current Illinois Administrator’s License. We are not specifically seeking a long-tenured veteran; candidates with one to two years of administrator experience are encouraged to apply. A motivated, capable early-career professional with a strong commitment to resident-centered care and operational excellence would be an excellent fit.

This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to collaborate effectively with clinical and operational teams, and a commitment to maintaining regulatory compliance and quality standards.
