Continuum Therapy Partners is excited to offer a full-time leadership opportunity for a Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) at Stevens Point Health Services—a collaborative, patient-centered skilled nursing facility where your leadership and clinical expertise truly make a difference.
- MUST BE A LICENSED THERAPIST- (PT, OT, PTA, OTA or SLP)

Position Highlights:
- Oversee daily operations of the rehabilitation department
- Ensure excellence in clinical services and outcomes
- Provide mentorship and support to therapy staff
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to promote optimal patient care
