PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
This position is responsible for the management of Quality Assurance activates for the company. This will involve maintaining the ISO 9001:2015 certification and handing of the internal and external complaints. With thorough investigation of the customer complaints, and internal complaints, the root cause will be determined for effective corrective actions. Projects will be implemented for continuous improvement activities. Reports to Plant Manager.
